Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are officially divorced. It’s confirm the schemes Founder and the rapper have finalized their split, with the exes coming to an agreement about child custody and property.
According to divorce documents Made Public, the former couple will have joint physical and legal custody of their four children nine year old north, six year old Saint, four year old Chicago, and three year old son. The Grammy winner will be required to pay Kardashian $200,000 a month in child support. He will also be responsible for half of the children’s medical, educational and security expenses.
Both Kim Kardashian and Kanye West waived spousal support and have agreed to settle disputes regarding their children in mediation. However, if either party fails to take part, the other is allowed to make the decision and the dispute by default. The couple’s assets, including their property, will be divided based upon their prenup.
The divorce finalization comes nine months after Kardashianm was ruled legally single, a decision which west had previously challenged but eventually said in a statement that he had asked his team to expedite the dissolution of his marriage to Kardashian so he can, quote, put my entire attention to our beautiful children.
The former couple started dating in 2012 and wed in May of 2014. Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West in February of 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage.
