Anna Fares is opening up about her relationship with her ex-husband Chris Pratt and his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger. In an interview with People magazine, the house bunny actress addressed where things stand with them. She told the publication, “we’re all getting much closer and I so appreciate that. They’re very protective of me and I want to be very protective of them, so appreciate their support.”
Anna also gushed over Katherine, calling her “awesome”, and she complimented how Katherine is as a stepmom to her and Chris’s ten year old son Jack. She said, “she’s just on top of it. I love how she is with Jack.” Anna Fares and Chris Pratt separated in 2017. Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger tied the knot in 2019 and have since welcomed two daughters together, two year old Lila and five month old Eloise. Anna also has gotten married again, she and Michael Barrett said I do last year.
The cinematographer has two children of his own from a previous marriage, and Anna told People magazine she hopes their entire blended family can celebrate the holidays together in the future. She said, “we won’t have this Thanksgiving together, but I do hope that we can celebrate holidays, and I do think we can, but right now we just have family obligations to take us elsewhere.”
Anna continued of how things have evolved with her and their blended family. I’m just happy with that element and it feels just much easier now that time has passed. It feels really good to not live with that internal churning of unpleasantness.
Reporters Caught up with Chris Pratt at the premiere of Jurassic World Dominion this summer, weeks after Eloise was born he opened up about on his busy dad life. “I feel great. I’ve been at home. It’s a little bit of a zero to 60 kind of environment at home. It’s very chill right now. We’re very quiet and hushed around a little one. We’ve got a 21 month old at home with us now. I’m a father of three, and so we’ve got a two week old and it’s a lot of quiet reflection and wonderful time with my oldest daughter. And then we come here and it’s like, whoa, I got a premiere. I don’t feel like tired, though. I feel good.”
Chris Pratt Replied to the reporter’s Question about his wife Katherine and her motherhood life “She’s doing great. She’s a total champion. She’s a total champion. I look at her, I can’t believe she had a baby two weeks ago. She’s just killing it. Her maternal instincts are so good and she’s so just doing such a great job.”
